  • Why should I do a Synergy3 program?  Eating a whole food diet gives your body the opportunity to release toxins that have accumulated over time.  Where do these toxins originate?  Our environment is full of pollution, electromagnetic radiation, pesticides, food preservatives, nitrates, nitrites, chemicals from cleaning and personal care products, etc., that are all unhealthy.
  • Is this expensive?  No.  Our programs are reasonably priced and we offer a very discounted rate to continue with a program for accountability.  The benefit of investing in your health reduces the cost of illness later in life.
  • What benefits can I expect?  Weight loss, better sleep, clearer skin, less or no more bloating after meals, ending of cravings (especially sugar), improved concentration, motivation to stay on a healthy path to name a few.  Watch our interview for more details.
  • What will I eat?  Our Synergy3 programs encourage a whole food diet filled with vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish, grains, nuts, seeds, etc.  You will eliminate processed foods, caffeine, alcohol and foods that often aggravate the body.  We offer simple nutritious and delicious recipes that give the most support to the body.
  • Will I be hungry?  No.  This is a whole-foods based program, not a liquid diet.  Many find that the nutrients received from whole foods fuel the body and fuel you so that participants are not hungry between meals.  Many healthy snack options are provided for times when you are actually hungry.
  • Is the program difficult to follow?  No.  You will receive a detailed guide before starting.  There are live Zoom calls and Facebook support to help you through the program.  Our 3 Health Coaches are available throughout the day.
  • Will I be all alone?  No.  There is a group of people doing this all at the same time.  Research shows that doing  this kind of a program with others offers more support and leads to much greater success than going it alone.
  • Do I have to buy powders and supplements?  By eating a whole-foods based diet, you get a lot of nutrients.  There a circumstances when supplementation is very helpful and then we make recommendations.
  • Is this all about food?  No.  You will be encouraged to incorporate exercise, stress reduction techniques, and other lifestyle tips which will help you during our programs.
  • Can I do this by myself?  Yes but the support that we 3 Health Coaches give and the energy of the group makes all the difference.  Working in a group is shown to be more effective in achieving your goals and past participants have agreed.
  • What happens when it is over?  At the end of our programs, we teach you how to turn the tips and strategies that you learned into lifelong health habits.  This ensures greater success.  We often offer accountability programs offering support going forward when our program ends.
  • Is Facebook required to participate in this program?  We offer an private Facebook group to support participants during the program.  This is where we answer questions and share recipes, inspiration and support.  Often participants share recipes and ideas as well.  The programs can be completed without Facebook, and many have had success that way.  There is the option to create a dummy Facebook account to use for the during of the program which can be deleted when the program ends.
