Here are some of the questions that are frequently asked.

We encourage participants to cook.  To make it easy, we give simple quick recipes and many meal prep tips to take the stress out of cooking.  We give strategies so you can eat out or order in.

Upon registration, you will receive all of the information you need for your program. Participation is from the comfort of your home through a private Facebook group, teleconference calls and daily emails. In addition, our 3 Health Coaches will instruct you, provide support and help hold you accountable for the entire duration of your program.

Our strategy is to add healthy habits one at a time making change simple and long lasting.  Most of our clients have said the same thing – it’s so much easier than they thought, and they wish they hadn’t waited so long to focus on their health.
