Arugula – 2 cups
1 orange sliced
1/2 fennel bulb sliced
Dressing
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Dash of black pepper
Directions
Arrange arugula, orange and fennel in a bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients and pour over greens, toss and enjoy
