A recent study by the Environmental Working Group and reported in Time, Inc., shows two scary things.  One is that the chemicals used to replace BPA in plastics and linings of cans are not necessarily any safer than BPA (which has been proven to be dangerous), and that the accuracy of various company’s claims that they have replaced BPA in the lining of cans is not consistent.  What to do? Drink water out of glass (stainless steel cap) or stainless steel water bottles (interior must be 100% food grade stainless steel), use glass storage containers, and eat fresh food (not canned). Want a great water bottle?   Daryl loves this one and Stacy likes this style which doesn’t sweat and keeps liquids hot or cold.  There are many different styles.  This is just one.
