There is so much conflicting information about coffee. The truth is, depending on what you have or are at risk for, coffee may very likely be a healthy choice. A recent study has shown the benefits of light to moderate coffee drinking on longevity, cardiac health, and lowering your risk of certain diseases, cancers, and stroke.
