Balsamic Vinaigrette
Yields about 1 cup dressing
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Use an immersion blender to mix well. Store in a tight container.
Thai Peanut Dressing
Yields about 1 cup dressing
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon coconut aminos, soy or tamari
1 ½ teaspoons rice vinegar
1/3 cup sesame oil
Use an immersion blender to mix well. Store in a tight container.
Taco Seasoning
Yields about ¼ cup. Once you find a blend you like, multiply by 4.
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
Mix well and store in an airtight container.
